Big Wave PR celebrates hattrick at CIPR PRide award shortlist

Leading lifestyle consumer PR agency, Big Wave PR, has been shortlisted for three prestigious CIPR PRide Awards (Anglia, Thames and Chiltern) for their campaigns with the Royal British Legion.

The award-winning consultancy, based in Ardleigh, Colchester, has been shortlisted for Best Consumer Campaign, Best Event and Best Not-for-Profit Campaign for their work with the travel arm of the Royal British Legion, Remembrance Travel. Their campaign for Remembrance Travel has been so successful that more D Day veterans than ever before – funded by LIBOR fines – have headed back to the Normandy beaches in a pilgrimage of remembrance. The government has also widened the campaign to allow all veterans of WWII to travel back to where they served on a journey of remembrance.

The winners of the CIPR PRide 2018 Awards will be announced at a gala awards event on 15 November at The Guildhall, Cambridge.
