Multitech Site Services Limited has won the Essex Business Excellence Award for Innovation for large companies. The award was presented to Managing Director Guy Scilly at an Awards Ceremony at Hylands House in Chelmsford on Friday 23rd September. The Awards saw businesses from all over Essex, from a wide variety of industries gather together at the prestigious black tie event.
Guy Scilly, Multitech Managing Director said afterwards:
“Winning the Award for Innovation is a tremendous accolade and testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Multitech. And it was refreshing to hear Counsellor Ricki Gadsby’s presentation which reinforced Essex County Council’s commitment to supporting established and new businesses. She really drove home the volume of the other exceptional, high calibre organisations in the region; to be identified as the best large company for innovation truly underlines our position as leaders in our industry. We’ll certainly be looking to enter again in 2017 and recommend that other Essex businesses do the same.”
The Multitech Site Services entry focused on an temporary services specific site pumping station which was designed, developed and manufactured by Multitech. Guy Scilly describes the product:
“It’s a tailor made water pumping station that solves the difficulty of providing temporary water supplies over long distances and high levels during the construction phases of large building projects, for example the redevelopment of Walthamstow Dog Track. The device is industrial, robust, weather-proof and completely reliable – there is no other system of its kind in the industry.”
