Fenn Wright is delighted to announce the promotion of three members of its staff to branch manager level – Peter Ruddy (Kesgrave branch), Kirsty King (Colchester) and Natasha Everett (Woodbridge branch) have all been promoted, demonstrating Fenn Wright’s commitment to honing home-grown talent within the company.

This news follows a period of great excitement at the Essex and Suffolk-based estate agents and chartered surveyors. So far in 2018 Fenn Wright has celebrated its major milestone of 250 years in business, and has also announced the acquisition of Neals Estate Agents, with the subsequent opening of a new branch in Woodbridge.

Peter Ruddy has worked in estate agencies locally for over twenty years and has excellent knowledge of market conditions in Kesgrave where he is based, and its surrounding villages.

Kirsty King joined Fenn Wright in 2007 after a successful career working as a mortgage broker. Kirsty has lived in Colchester all her life and prides herself on her high level of customer service, which allows a speedy and smooth transaction for our customers to their new homes.

Natasha Everett joined Fenn Wright in 2007, initially joining the Ipswich team as a valuer before moving to the Kesgrave branch.  Natasha is extremely well-regarded in the industry and has excellent knowledge of local market conditions.  She has been located at the Woodbridge branch since it opened last month.

Alan Williams, Managing Partner at Fenn Wright, said: “We are immensely proud of what the Fenn Wright team has achieved already this year. Throughout 2018 we are celebrating our 250th anniversary, expanding our presence in Suffolk with the opening of a new flagship branch in Woodbridge. Promoting three excellent members of staff who have continued to meet and exceed customer expectations is yet another reason to celebrate. We’re proud of all of them and wish them and their branches continued success.”
