Fine dining Indian restaurant, Pushkar Cocktail Bar & Dining, have been crowned ‘Best Restaurant’ on Broad Street at the 2014 Best of Broad Street Awards (BOBS) held on Sunday 26th January 2014.
The Best of Broad Street Awards honours the best bars, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants in Birmingham’s ‘Golden Mile’. The awards, now in their ninth year, culminated in a glittering presentation ceremony at the ICC on Sunday evening when entertainers, businessmen and women, entrepreneurs and hospitality staff all rubbed shoulders. A great energy and buzz surrounded the event both in the lead up to it as well as on the night of the awards.
There were over 20 award categories in total including Best Door Supervisor, Best Police Officer, Best Manager, Best Chef, Best Restaurant, Best Themed Venue, Best Casual Dining, and Best Overall Venue. Pushkar, which has won numerous awards at the BOBS in previous years and the award for ‘Best Fine Dining’ last year, won the award for Best Restaurant at this year’s ceremony.
