International law firm Taylor Vinters – based in Cambridge, London and Singapore – were presented with ‘The Campaign for Learning Impact Award,’ for inspiring Curiosity and Creativity in the SME category, of the 2017 Learning at Work Week Impact Awards.

Learning at Work Week is coordinated by the Campaign for Learning and is led by companies and organisations in their workplaces. Firms use the week to promote their current learning and development programmes and trial new ways of learning at work.

The Taylor Vinters Learning at Work Week was designed as short taster sessions to leave the participants feeling engaged with the topics but still wanting to learn more. They were delivered before, during and after work to give everyone an opportunity to attend.

Jan Holmes, L&D Advisor at Taylor Vinters, said: “From the feedback we received the perceived benefit was not only in the new knowledge and experiences gained but in the opportunities to spend time with colleagues networking and sharing ideas. The impact of learning at work week is ongoing with many of the initiatives which started during learning at work week now being implemented across our offices.”
